Hiring Requirements
To maintain the highest standards of safety and service for the FedEx Ground network, all applicants must meet the following core requirements.

Valid Commercial Driver License
Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with T-endorsement (doubles/triples).
*T-endorsement, must be obtained prior to start date.

Physical Fitness Standards
Must pass a comprehensive physical examination and meet the FMCSA medical standards for safe operation. A Medical Certificate issued by the FMCSA is required.
*Must be physically able to hook and unhook a set of double trailers.

Background & Drug Screening
Must pass a thorough background check, drug screening, and TSA screening as required by the FedEx Ground contractor network.
Must have a proven track record of punctuality, safety compliance, and adherence to professional standards in logistics.
04
Experience
Must meet ONE of the following:

6-months Class A experience + trucking school certificate.

1-year Class A experience (within the last 3 years).
-
5-years Class A experience (within the last 10 years).
*Doubles experience preferred
